1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RegimeForecast ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

RegimeForecast provides market regime analytics using Hidden Markov Models for informational purposes only. The Service does not provide investment advice, trade recommendations, or financial planning services.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. A 14-day free trial is available for first-time subscribers (credit card required). Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Refund Policy

Subscriptions canceled during the free trial period will not be charged. After the trial period, payments are non-refundable. If payment fails, you have a 3-day grace period to update your payment method before access is suspended.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not: redistribute, resell, or share your account access; use the Service for automated scraping or bulk data extraction; attempt to circumvent access controls or security measures; use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, models, algorithms, and analytics provided through the Service are the property of RegimeForecast. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

RegimeForecast is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any financial losses, trading decisions, or investment outcomes based on information provided by the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms, abusive behavior, or at our discretion. You may close your account at any time.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Palm Beach County, Florida.
