RegimeForecast does not make, and has never made, trade recommendations. Regime classifications (Bull, Bear, Neutral, High Volatility) and probability scores (Rho-T) are statistical outputs of mathematical models. They are not signals, recommendations, or directives to buy, sell, or hold any security.

Hidden Markov Models and all statistical models have inherent limitations:

In no event shall our aggregate liability exceed the total amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.

While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that market data, model outputs, or analytics are error-free, complete, or current. Data is sourced from third-party providers and may contain delays, inaccuracies, or gaps.

9. Refund Policy

Subscriptions canceled during the 14-day free trial will not be charged. After the trial period, all payments are non-refundable. If a payment fails, a 3-day grace period is provided before access is suspended.
